Join the TOCG Team! The Vice President, Executive Search works as a pivotal member of the Tom O’Connor Consulting Group (TOCG) leadership team and will carry out searches on behalf of our arts and culture clients in a variety of functional areas. Reporting to President Tom O’Connor (who will maintain a portfolio of searches) and with support from Director of Recruitment & Professional Development Jordan Sanford, the Vice President, Executive Search will play a central role in growing our Executive Search practice, all while remaining true to our values of cultivating an equitable arts workforce.
As with all TOCG roles, the position is full-time remote with occasional in-person meetings required in New York City at company expense.
