We own and honor our role in changing the systems and structures that shape our field—from interrogating marketing practices that contribute to underrepresentation and inequities within arts audiences, to cultivating diverse and equitable candidate pools for our searches, to providing pro bono career coaching and mentorship for rising arts administrators of color.

There is much more work to do in ourselves, our company, and in our country. We are not perfect, but we will continue to strive. No matter the sector, every practice can be an anti-oppressive and anti-racist practice, and ours is no different. Hold us accountable.
