Rachel LeFevre-Snee is a social sector strategist dedicated to helping human-centered organizations make a positive impact by using data and insights to drive engagement and growth. She works with innovative nonprofits to support their development and cultural resonance.
Most recently, Rachel was the Chief Operating Officer of Uniting Voices Chicago, the largest and most diverse youth choral organization in the U.S. In this role, she led key initiatives, including a brand transformation, program expansion beyond the Chicago area, and codification of its efficacious curriculum. She also played a pivotal role in increasing the organization’s long-term sustainability, tripling its net assets, and enhancing its operational proficiency to align with its artistic excellence.
Before this, Rachel worked in marketing and audience development for institutions such as Shedd Aquarium, Cirque du Soleil, Roundabout Theatre Company, and Jazz at Lincoln Center. She is a member of the iHeartMedia Local Advisory Board, volunteers with The Honeycomb Project, and plays librarian at her son’s Chicago public school.
