Pioneer Theatre Company Appoints Adrian Budhu as Managing Director

Tom O’Connor Consulting Group (TOCG) is pleased to announce that Adrian Budhu has been appointed Managing Director by Pioneer Theatre Company (Karen Azenberg, Artistic Director) in Salt Lake City, Utah, following our extensive national search led by Cynthia Fuhrman.

As shared in a release from the company, “Pioneer Theatre Company (PTC), Utah’s premier professional theatre, announces the appointment of Adrian Budhu as the company’s new Managing Director. He joins current PTC Artistic Director Karen Azenberg in co-leading the renowned regional theatre located on the University of Utah campus.”

In the company’s statement Budhu shared “Since relocating to Salt Lake City last year, I have fallen in love with this community. It’s also been a joy to discover Pioneer Theatre Company, which offers this community something incredibly special,” said Budhu. “Stepping into the role of co-leading Pioneer Theatre Company fills me with immense excitement. I look forward to celebrating the transformative power of theatre and supporting the wonderfully unique work that PTC brings to its audiences.”
