Barbizon Lighting Appoints Roberta Rettig as Senior Director of People
Tom O’Connor Consulting Group (TOCG) is pleased to announce that Roberta Rettig (she/her) has been appointed Senior Director of People by Barbizon Lighting in New York City, NY (Tom Madden, President and CEO), following our extensive national search, led by Edie Demas, Vice President of Organizational Strategy and Tom O’Connor, President.
Roberta most recently served as the Vice President, Human Capital at Willdan Group, Inc. (Acquired Lime Energy, Co.), a clean energy company that provides energy consulting, engineering, energy efficiency, and software solutions. During her time at Willdan Group, Roberta served on the senior executive DEI team, supporting initiatives designed to diversify the hiring pipeline and support an inclusive culture and community engagement. Roberta led transformative organizational development, strategic HR process improvement, and cross-disciplinary collaboration at Lime Energy. She is a highly-seasoned HR executive, with experience across 58 worksites in over 24 states and Canada, with local, state, and federal policy expertise.
