Hailing from Sydney, Australia, Haywood joins Tom O’Connor Consulting Group (TOCG) following her most recent post at The Metropolitan Opera as Senior Director of Sales & Marketing. Her previous senior marketing roles span four countries at organizations including Roundabout Theatre Company (where she was O’Connor’s deputy), the Sydney Writers’ Festival, Sydney Theatre Company, the Australia Council for the Arts, the Australian Chamber Orchestra, and more.
