Executive Assistant & Operations Coordinator

Join the TOCG Team! We are seeking an Executive Assistant & Operations Coordinator to work closely with President Tom O’Connor to ensure that company operations are being carried out in an organized, timely, and accurate manner, and provide him with direct administrative support in all his daily business affairs. The role provides critical administrative support for TOCG’s internal operations/meetings, as well as community programs with assistance and supervision from the Director of Search Operations & Community.

This is a prime opportunity for a motivated and incredibly detail-oriented individual who wishes to join a growing start-up serving the arts and culture space and will allow the successful candidate to collaborate with and learn from industry leaders.

New York City residence or an ability to easily commute to New York City is required due to occasional in-person administrative duties with the President and Business Manager. Otherwise, the role is full-time remote (TOCG does not maintain formalized office space).
