Little Island in New York City seeks an Assistant Director of Human Resource Operations to manage all of the park’s Human Resources workflows, including leadership of a people-first approach to HR, recruitment, onboarding, personnel management, benefits planning and education, policy development and oversight, staff development, and employee experience initiatives. The position leads a team of three direct reports on the execution of the Human Resource Department’s priorities and scope. This is an ideal opportunity for a seasoned professional to steward a vibrant, values-driven, startup organization into its next chapter.
